Ordering Options & Packages
Pre-Pay Pricing
If your day-care chooses Pre-Pay pricing, order envelopes will be made 
available approximately two weeks prior to your photo date. Parents will choose their package and each student purchasing will need to have their photo packet with them when they are photographed. Benefits this procedure would be that a) photo packets are delivered quicker b) the cost, per package is less expensive c) your day-care does not have to worry about collecting and keeping proof sheets prior to due date
Proof Pricing
If your day-care chooses Proof Pricing, proof order envelopes will be made available approximately four business days after your photo date. Parents will see up to 3 different photos. They can choose to order from any or all photos. Benefits to this procedure would be that a) a variety of photos are available for parents to order from and b) parents can see the images before ordering them.
Package structure may vary, per day-care, depending on needs. Additional packages may be seen on final order envelope. A La Carte and base package pricing structure will not change if any variation occurs.
